I worked with the marketing and brand team at AT&T to redesign their email communications and create a new design system to support these redesigns. To support this new system, I also designed a microsite to allow a better user flow for the developers.
I was also tasked with creating the UX that would define the new Amazon storefront for AT&T's mobile division. I developed a series of wireframes and user journeys to support this project.
Email Redesign
The previous designs used in all AT&T communications were outdated and did not meet their goals for customer retention. Our redesign was based on user research and analytics, providing updated layouts that highlighted their consumer identity and more visible CTAs.
The process involved:
- Gathering user data
- Insights from the AT&T branding team
- Photo search and manipulation in Photoshop for hero images
- Rebuilding templates in Figma
- Creating a styleguide for developer use
- Developing modules that could be reused and customized
Design System
In addition to redesigning all of the emails for AT&T, I also created a design system in Figma with components, variants, and templates that could be reused in order to create consistency across pods. The new system was based on existing brand guidelines.
Amazon Store Wireframes
I also worked on the team that was tasked with redesigning the AT&T Amazon storefront. My goal was to take user heatmaps and create a new layout for the main product and category pages. I created wireframes and user flows for each page.
